Privacy, in plain language.
Website inquiry privacy notice. Effective October 6, 2026.
What this website collects
When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact details and scenario information you enter. This can include your name, email, phone, property location, estimated property value and mortgage balances, financing goals, purpose of requested funds, income source and estimated annual income, loan preferences, approximate timing, self-reported credit range, appointment preferences, or career interests.
This quick inquiry does not request your Social Security number, date of birth, bank account details, tax documents, or a credit authorization. Please do not include sensitive information in a message field.
Why we use it
The Pure Capital team uses submitted information to review and respond to your request, discuss possible next steps, manage appointment requests, or respond to career interest. Sending an inquiry is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.
Storage and access
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s database, with access limited to authorized team accounts. The site’s hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the site. A brief-lived session cookie helps protect form submissions; abuse prevention uses a time-limited hashed network identifier.
The website does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or sell submitted inquiries through a lead marketplace. Links to external services, including review sites and linked resources, are governed by their own privacy notices.
Address search
When address autofill is available, this website uses Google Places. As you type, we send your address search text and approximate search area through our server to Google Maps Platform to find suggestions. Google’s Privacy Policy applies to its processing. We use city-level location supplied by the hosting service when available; otherwise the search starts near our home market of Phoenix, Arizona. You can change the search city or ZIP. If you choose “Use My Area,” your browser asks permission for location access; coordinates are rounded to an approximate area before being sent to Google. Suggestions are not property or postal verification. We do not save search queries or suggestion lists in the inquiry database, and do not request your name, email, or phone from Google. The property address you select and submit is saved with your inquiry. You can enter an address manually instead.
Contact verification
When enabled, we use Twilio Verify to send and check a one-time code by text or email. We share the contact destination with the verification provider only when you request a code. We store the verification result with your submitted inquiry, not the code. A separate security cookie binds verification to your browser and expires after two hours. Permission for a verification text is separate from marketing consent.
Mortgage services and additional notices
If you proceed to a formal mortgage application, the responsible mortgage company and service providers may require additional information, authorizations, and disclosures. Review the applicable financial privacy notices provided at that time. West Capital Lending’s privacy policy provides its official privacy disclosures, including a link to its State Privacy Notice. This website notice describes how preliminary inquiries on this site are handled.
Questions and requests
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact clyons@westcapitallending.com or call (888) 827-2641. Requests will be reviewed in light of applicable record-retention and legal requirements.
Cookies and site functions
The form-session cookie is used for site security and expires after two hours. The private team area uses the hosting platform’s sign-in process. This website does not offer a “remember my financial information” feature and does not store your form answers in browser storage. Your chosen light or dark appearance is saved on your device so it persists between visits.
